Are lessons online or in person?
Lessons are online, with one-to-one and group formats.
Who are the courses for?
Children’s courses are for ages 3–15 and reflect current English and goals. Adults can explore foundation, overseas life, business and trade courses.
How long and how often are lessons?
Standard lessons last 25 minutes. Weekday daily lessons are recommended, but not required. Discuss the actual frequency and time with us.
Can we have a regular teacher and time?
Regular courses usually use a regular teacher and time to support continuity. Discuss available arrangements during enquiry and after the trial.
Is a free trial available?
A free 25-minute one-to-one trial includes teacher feedback, an internal level assessment and learning suggestions afterwards. The assessment is not an official exam certification.
When will I receive course prices?
Your adviser shares regular course prices before the actual trial and discusses courses and arrangements suited to the learner.
What qualifications do teachers hold?
Teacher records include relevant TEFL or TESOL qualifications. Public details are based on each teacher’s verified records; this does not mean everyone holds both.
Which languages can I use to enquire?
Advisers support enquiries in Chinese and English. The website has Chinese, English and Japanese content.
